Our annual fundraiser for the church. The fires are started before dawn to get the beef and chicken cooked, rice and beans come with the meal. The 31st Annual Fajita Dinner celebration at Medina Valley United Methodist Church will be after worship services on Sunday. The day before many willing hands will gathered to chop tomatoes and onions, roll tortillas, dice peppers and package cheese to go with the meals. The bake sale table will be set up in the morning for sale of pies, cakes, brownies, and the ever popular chocolate chips cookies.
